Construction of a new international standard athletic facility to replace an existing track, including a new grandstand and changing facilities.

Works included:

- earthworks

- drainage

- surfacing, including a Mondo specialist surface

- fencing floodlighting

- structures, including piled foundations and associated landscaping and site works.

The track infield area is a sand carpet construction used only for athletics.
